Meet Our Leadership
Our experienced leadership team brings decades of healthcare technology expertise to help transform patient access.
Eric co-founded MDfit to bring about transformation in patient access healthcare technology. Previously VP of Technology Operations at West Penn Allegheny Health System (now Allegheny Health Network), he set technology vision for the enterprise. Eric has held CIO, CISO and Principal Security Consultant roles with large health systems and speciality practice organizations. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Bucknell University and an Executive Leadership certificate from Wharton.
Sean co-founded MDfit with expertise in solving complex technical problems at scale. As Director of Technology Operations at West Penn Allegheny Health System (acquired by Highmark), he led large-scale IT infrastructure modernization. Sean has held security roles across healthcare, manufacturing, and U.S. Federal agencies. BS in Computer Science from Penn State, graduate studies in Telecommunications from University of Pittsburgh.
Tom leads MDfit's technology innovation and strategic solutions. Previously Team Lead and Sr. Software Engineer at West Penn Allegheny Health System, he delivered 25+ projects reaching 10,000 employees using agile methodology and open source technology. BS in Computer Information Science from California University.
Pat specializes in identifying inefficiencies and building solutions to address them. A serial entrepreneur with 5 companies, he founded pihms, Inc.—a human capital management platform for Fortune 500 employers—which was acquired by Aetna. BA from Vanderbilt University, Masters in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon.
